Broyhill Park consists of 800 brick rambler homes. The homes are
on tree lined streets with well kept yards. Broyhill Park is between Arlington Blvd (Rt 50) and Annandale Road. It is easily
accessible since it is just inside the beltway off of exit 50B. Within five miles there are located several shopping centers:
Tysons Corner, Seven Corners and Baileys Crossroads. There are several churches near by as well as a high school and elementary
school. We have an active civic ssociation. We sponsor a Halloween Parade, National Night Out (an ice cream social), and an
active Neighborhood Watch.
The people that live here are caring and friendly. In fact, we still have some original
home owners. Broyhill Park has Fairfax County Services such as garbage pickup and plowing of the roads in the winter. The
roads and the sidewalks are maintained.
If you are an outdoor person, we are close to two parks. Round Tree Park is
off of Annandale Road and Hummer Road Park which is off of Hummer Road. Providence Recreation Center is at the end of Marc
Drive. The Wakefield Recreation Center is within fifteen minutes away. The parks have picnic areas, baseball fields and tennis
courts.
